Training that works in real life
Practical training from a group that builds, farms and runs businesses.
Lashone Business School began as Lashone Group's way of sharing what it had learned from building estates, farming and running businesses.
Over the years it has trained more than 500 people, from property marketers and entrepreneurs to tailors, caterers and bakers, and celebrated them at graduations and exhibitions of their work.
It serves Lashone Group's aim to be a reference point for human capital development: helping to tackle unemployment by giving people skills they can earn from.

To teach practical, market-ready skills in real estate, agriculture, enterprise and trades; to connect learning to real work; and to keep quality training within reach of everyone.
